Refund Policy

1Vibes2Nation offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on ticket purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, provided the ticket has not already been used to enter the event.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Open the order and choose "Request a refund", or reply to your Paddle receipt email.
3. Alternatively, contact 1Vibes2Nation through the contact section on our home page and we will help you reach Paddle.

Once approved, refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

Event cancellations

If we cancel an event, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 30-day window. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date or you may request a refund through Paddle.

Used tickets

Tickets that have already been scanned and used to enter the event are not eligible for a refund.

Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, Paddle's Refund Policy also applies to your purchase in addition to this page.
