These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 1Vibes2Nation website and ticketing services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and enter into an agreement with 1Vibes2Nation("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

1Vibes2Nation is a cultural hub bridging Africa and the world through music, tourism, cultural events, and distribution. Through the Service we publish information about events and artists and sell tickets to events we organize or promote.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping any credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under your account, and for providing accurate information.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• upload malware, probe or scan the Service, scrape it, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits;
• resell tickets at a profit or in violation of event rules.

4. Tickets & events

Tickets are personal and identified by a signed QR code. We may refuse entry, revoke a ticket, or refund and cancel an order if a ticket is found to be invalid, transferred against event rules, or obtained fraudulently. Event details (date, venue, lineup) may change; we will use reasonable efforts to inform purchasers of material changes.

5. Payments, billing & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency conversion, tax, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and its Refund Policy, in addition to our own Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, images, and audio, is owned by 1Vibes2Nation or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies or event rules.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1Vibes2Nation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
